Navisiontech, Inc. is a growing Microsoft Certified Partner that specializes in Retail, eCommerce and Wholesale implementations and support of Microsoft Dynamics BC.
Navisiontech, Inc. is looking to expand its team of motivated and enthusiastic professionals with the addition of a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant. The job duties of this job will include, but are not limited to:
- Communication with internal and external resources as well as clients
- Assisting with implementations through setup, installations and documentation
- Work as part of the support team answering and resolving customer submitted support tickets
- Travel to customer site to work with users (Travel can be up to 1 week out of a month)
We work with a variety of versions ranging from NAV 4.0 to Dynamics BC and you will have the opportunity to learn how Dynamics BC is used at a variety of unique business.
This position is full time with competitive pay based on experience. We require that team members be dedicated to continued education and we will provide opportunities for grown and learning.
Our main office is in Sarasota, FL and willingness to relocate is a large plus.
A qualified candidate will meet the below:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Dynamics BC as a Power End User and/or Consultant is required
Experience with any add-ons, but experience in the below is a plus:
- LS Retail – LS Central
- Lanham EDI & e-Ship
- TinX eCom Connector
Other desirable skills are: A strong understanding of how Microsoft Dynamics BC can be used to meet the requirements of business processes. Understanding of how to work with developers to design new functionality to meet the customer’s requirements.
Knowledge of business areas such as:
- AR & AP
- Inventory Management
- Retail operations
Knowledge of Computer Hardware is a plus, such as:
- Point of Sale printers & scanners
- Credit Card Pin Pads
- OPOS Driver Installation
- TCP/IP Communication & Networking
